A little something I whipped up for a contest on Crunchyroll. It's a Bnahabra-themed, insect glaive. here's hoping I at least get the GIANT TASTY MEAT FRIEND

Been hard at work on animations for a game. I've gotten through just about half the list, and I'm beat.
This one I finished recently. And now I can pack up and leave the office... whew... 1280 x 720
I wanted a really quick painting that somewhat defined the hero/heroine for my old game idea. I wanted something intense and aggressive. I get the oddest feeling it needs more of something... 128 x 128
Gosh, I've forgotten how long a really good sprite takes to make and animate. Revisiting an old game idea with this one. 2880px x 3840px
Digital Paintings! Awright! Wanted to test my understanding of light and shadow while applying a new theory to behind the painting. Also, I'm quite rusty with characters and perspective it seems. Took me 4 days to finish. Still haven't finished Nier quite, yet. I may need after getting to the first ending. There are three others after that would require I play a certain length of the game over again rather than loading from a recent location. I'm loving this story right now, and the music is spectacular. I've been meaning to do something like this for a long time. So here we go.
I've decided I'm going to start write some video game reviews. There are a lot of video games I have played; not many I've finished. So I'm just gonna write about any and all that I can humanly remember. There won't be any particular order; it'll be based purely on my ability to remember what it was like (especially since there are a lot of games I'll never be able play again due to missing hardware). I'll also try to avoid as many "mainstream" titles as I can since there is a lot information about them out there. If I can't, I'll definitely look at it from an uncommon perspective. Anyway, I'll start this off with a video game from Square-Enix and developed by the now closed Cavia called Nier. Well, I found myself experimenting with Art Rage 2, recently, and it was refreshing to work swiftly and messily as I did with this painting, "Seaside." I normally use Adobe Photoshop for everything, so I consequently find myself wanting to zoom in super close and hyper refine a work, almost losing any organic nature it once had. This impressionistic feel that Art Rage offers is liberating.
